So often, when I ask groups, "What is your idea of a perfect workday?" someone will laugh and say, "That would be me not being here, that would be a perfect workday!"
My answer is always, "That would be a vacation day, not a workday."
The perfect workday is one in which you maximize your time, communicate clearly, are reasonably organized, and manage the changes rocketing at you.
And, those results are not impossible.
